If there ever was an makeup item that I could never imagine being completely changed, that item was mascara. Yes, every few months or so a new brand with a new brush with a new technology comes on the market, but, in the end, mascara remains mascara and we all have our favorites.
This, however, has changed. Lancôme has upped the mascara game forever! Ôscillation, the super vibrating ( 7000 oscillations per minute!!! now that’s a lot of oscillations!!) has come to town and redesign the way we think and understand mascara.
The logic behind the new design? The oscillations help the mascara adhere to your lashes from every point – under, over, above, beyond – extending your lashes and the way they look. Just think about it: we have been trying to oscillate our mascara for ages, and now this one does for us and does it right!
The mascara formula itself is great – it stays in place on day long, allowing your to reach the end of the day without the oh-so-common raccoon eyes. The wand comes out of the container already clump-free and feels very much like other wands – except better.
It takes a few tries to get optimum results, but once you do, you ain’t ever going back!
