One of the most rewarding aspects of writing for a blog is that it allows for a type of interaction with your readers that is impossible to achieve when writing for another medium. Never would I be able to ‘chat’ back and forth with a reader about, lets say, a certain type of moisturizer or cooking oil if I were publishing this in a magazine or newspaper, nor would our readers be able to ‘chat’ with each other and respond thoughtfully to each other’s comments. To see this kind of communication motivates me to keep writing and to keep interacting with you, readers, every day.
That’s why we have decided to officially – since unofficially we have always done this! – celebrate our readers here at The Product Pasha. Just think about it – everyday you come to the site, read through our reviews and present us with your own experiences, thoughts, sometimes agreeing with us, sometimes offering a different perspective. This kind of interaction only helps to educate people more and more about certain products and events out there. And most impressively, you do it freely. There is no pay, no per word honorarium, no gift or compensation for all the work you put into making this site your site. So why not reward you?
For the rest of the year, The Product Pasha will not only feature on the left sidebar the most active commentators on a daily basis but will also reward at the end of the month every month the person who has commented the most during that month with a prize package containing some of the products reviewed during that period.
