True love is perfectly imperfect: loving someone for who they are as a person, accepting and rejoicing in the idea that they may do some things differently than you, but at the end of the day, they are the one and only person you want to be with.

True love is loving someone for ALL that they are, even their imperfections. True love is not the same as infatuation or lust, and requires patience and respect as well as romantic feelings. When I look at my grandparents I see true love, they are each others best friend and they compliment and balance each other so well. When I see them I can just see how much they love each other and how they bring out the best in each other. :-)

True love is when you can accept the person as he/she is even though they didn’t fit in your set “requirements”. Suddenly you begin to cherish his/her flaws.

True love is when you feel happier seeing that one person no matter how down you are on that day. All the troubles will seem so far away.

True love is when you love to hear that person’s voice.

True love is when you will sacrifice what used to be the most important thing to you just to satisfy him/her.

True love is when you would stay up late at night just because you want to chat with him/her.

True love is when you keep thinking of that certain someone all day long. You are thinking of him/her even when you’re not thinking of him/her.

There is a fine line between true love and hate. You can end up hating someone if you love him/her too much but the feelings aren’t reciprocated or worse, they hurt your feelings by cheating on you and whatnot.
