So you’ve heard me sing Pixi’s praises and how I’m totally in love with their super affordable line (see other Pixi products reviews here). The brainchild of Petra Strand, Pixi has become the driving force behind my weekly trips to Target. Take their Rose Stain Water Blush, for example.
A translucent tinted water that helps you created the ultimate natural lip and cheek colors, Water Blush is 100% weightless on the skin. A little dab and you got stay-on sheer color all day long. Formulated with Deionized Water to removes any impurities from skin and Glycerine to keeps skin soft and silky, this is a tough stain to beat. About $10 less than other comparable stains (see some other options here) Pixi’s Water Blush is gaining a permanent place in my makeup routine.
Word of caution: I often have to use this with a sponge when applying it to my cheeks. Whenever I try using my fingers, I end up with red fingertip all day long. You hear, Petra?
