For a long time now I have been walking around trying to find just the right words to tell you all about one of my most… one of my … one of a kind… See, try as I might I just cannot find the right adjective to describe the wonder that is Stonehouse 27. Inspired in Portugese in British Indian culinary heritages, these sauces (there are 6 of them) are so incredibly delicious and easy to use.

Here’s one of my favorite Salmon recipes using Stonehouse 27. Easy to make and so impressive, you might want to try it next time you have company over.
Baked Salmon with Tamarind & Garlic Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Salmon fillet
- 1 jar Stonehouse 27 Tamarind and Garlic
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Pour ¼ cup of Tamarind & Garlic Sauce into a baking dish as a base for the salmon. Place fillets on sauce and pour remaining contents of jar over fish, ensuring that the entire surface is covered. Place baking dish in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until salmon is cooked.
