For the upcoming season, Gillette Venus has partnered with beauty and fashion expert Rebekah George to highlight some of the best trends to adopt:

And Rebekah had a few exclusive tips to give to The Product Pasha readers:

What’s the best way of dealing with crazy spring days, when it’s 40 degrees in the morning and 70 in the afternoon?

Spring is a transitional season for fashion and beauty. So, go ahead and switch to the latest trends but do a weather appropriate version. For instance, during spring go for a side pony. Then when it’s hotter outside, bring the hair further up with a side twist. The same goes for fashion. Silk is in style for spring and summer, for instance. When it’s a little chillier outside, layer your silk with a silk cami and an organic cotton cardigan, blazer, or jacket.

What are some trends for spring 2010?

We’re seeing urban feminine pieces like silk. We’re also seeing tribal and military like cuffs with strong hardware, skinny cargo pants, and military blazers.
For beauty, color is back in a big way! Bursting reds and fiery oranges – vermillion, blood orange, persimmon, salmon cantaloupe and coral – think summer sunset. Skin is also in. Skin is an extension of your outfit like a good accessory. So keep your legs smooth by shaving with venus embrace razor and using a lightweight moisturizer that also adds a hint of tint like olay touch of sun.

What’s your go-to piece this spring?

A military blazer from french connection that i have been wearing with everything from skinny jeans to a high-waisted skirt and sleeveless dresses. I’m equally loving my new reese gray leather jacket that can be paired with everything from jeans to a party dress.
