As a gal who wishes she could afford (or even try) a Clarisonic, I was thrilled to see that L’Oreal Paris had developed a super-affordable skincare device with the Go 360 Clean Deep Cream Cleanser. That little pink rubber disc in the center is what they call a “Scrublet”, featuring soft, flexible bristles that help the cleanser get into pores. What makes it even better is that you can get away with using less cleanser than usual because it does a great job of spreading the cleanser across your face–no more losing product on your fingers.

The scrublet is definitely the best part about the Deep Cream Cleanser–I found that the Deep Cream Cleanser itself, despite foaming up fabulously, was a bit harsh for my combination skin. Gals who are sensitive to harsh detergents, look out: sodium laureth sulfate is the second ingredient. Despite the lackluster cleansing cream, the Go 360 Clean line is definitely worth the investment since you can use the “poor girl’s Clarisonic” scrublet with any of your favorite cleansers at home. Plus, there are several different cleanser formulations to fit your skin type, from exfoliating to one for gals with sensitive skin.

P.S. Here’s a tip from a recent issue of Real Simple–to allow the scrublet to dry completely, try sticking the suction-cup side of the scrublet to your mirror so it can air dry.

The L’Oreal Paris Go 360 Clean Deep Cream Cleanser and the entire line of Go 360 Clean products are available for $6 at drugstores nationwide.
