Easy as pie! The person who submits the winning idea will receive 12 boxes of Propel Packets with Calcium and an Apple iPad.     Summer Cooler:
    Cranberry juice with a splash of Vodka over ice. Add Propel packet & stir slightly. Garnish with a slice of lime!

    ingredients:
    dash of brandy
    glass of sparkling wine
    packet of cherry lime propel
    maraschino cherry garnish (optional)

    Propel Whiskey Sour

    2 oz blended whiskey
    packet of propel lemonade
    1/2 tsp powdered sugar
    1 cherry
    1/2 slice lemon

    Shake blended whiskey, propel, and powdered sugar with ice and strain into a whiskey sour glass. Decorate with the half-slice of lemon, top with the cherry, and serve,

    Fruit cocktail smoothie

    Can of fruit cocktail, liquid included
    2 single serve containers of yogurt (plain or vanilla)
    2 packets of fruit punch flavored propel

    Blend and serve. Makes 2 servings.

    Speckled Lemonade with a punch!

    1 packet of Propel lemonade
    16 oz Lemon-lime soda, chilled
    3 oz vodka
    2 no calorie sweetener packets
    8 frozen Strawberries slightly thawed
    1 cup crushed ice

    Mix Propel, soda, vodka and sweetener together and mix until drink mix has dissolved. Pour into blender and add strawberries and ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into two glasses and enjoy!

    Double Peach Smoothie

    Ingredients
    1 (14.75 oz) can peach slices
    .5 cup low-fat plain yogurt
    .5 cup low-fat milk
    1 packet of Propel citrus punch
    6 ice cubes

    I don’t drink liquor in the summer due to it dose not quench thirst. I would use it in strawberry yogurt topped with fresh strawberries.

    Propel Mint Lemonade

    Ingredients

    *one packet Propel Lemonade
    * 3 tablespoons crushed fresh mint leaves
    * 1 quart boiling water
    * 1/2 cup instant iced tea powder
    * 2 quarts cold water
    *ice

    In a 1 gallon pitcher, combine the mint leaves, 2 quarts of cold water, instant tea powder and lemonade packet. Let stand 15 minutes. Serve in tall glasses over ice. Strain out mint leaves, if desired.

    We have an ORANGE CREAM drink recipe using Propel’s ORANGE Packets with Calcium. Within a blender just blend in sugar free ice cream to the orange mix. It’s dreamy creamy and healthy.

    Healthy Milkshake

    1 scoop of vanilla or strawberry ice cream
    1 packet of berry propel
    1 scoop of protein powder
    1 cup of frozen strawberries

    Mix in blender. Enjoy!

    1 packet of propel strawberry kiwi
    1 cup of strawberries, pureed
    20 oz of water

    Mix together and put in freezer in a 32 oz container. Shake every half hour until it’s slush and drink!
