    Cherry Lemon-Lime Green tea Spritz

    2 liter of soda water
2 cherry lime propel packets with calcium
2 lemonade propel packets with calcium
3 green tea teabag (can make a pitcher of green tea then add that way adding the packets of propel)

Serve ice cold- can add wedges of lemon and limes for decoration and added flavor

mix all together – I know this tastes good because I am sucking on it through my water bottle right now since I need liquid in this heat but hate plain water

I make a smoothie with the Propel’s Packets with Calcium.

I use Ice (about halfway filling the blender) 1 cup orange juice, a banana, 1 container of coconut yogurt, about a cup of pineapple (canned or fresh) and the Propel’s Packets with Calcium, and blend. A fantastic Tropical Smoothie and calcium to boot.

I love the propel water packets because they are soooo simple.

I usually add them to my special green tea mix:
1 carton of welches passion fruit juice
3 lemonade propel packets with calcium
3 teabags of tazo green tea.
Make the tea first in a gallon jug, and then add the lemonade(as much as you want) and then the packets, and lastly add ice. The mix is really refreshing :)
it doesn’t matter how much you add to each ingredient, all that matters is they taste amazing together.

Propel is all about staying energized and feeling revived! I have the perfect recipe with ingredients that will work their magic with the Propel to keep you refreshed, quenched and invigorated any time of the day, and season of the year! Here’s my recipe:

Pomegranate Breeze is my name for it

Ingredients (This makes a pitcher full) but you can cut it in half if you want to make less)

    3/4 Cup Chilled Pomegranate Juice
    3/4 Cup Chilled Orange Juice
3 Cups Chilled Unsweetened Cranberry Juice
6 Packets Propel’s Packets with Calcium (or adapt for your preference)
    3 Cups Chilled Club Soda
    1/3 Cup Lime Juice

*If you are making this for a party or for company, you can top with a Mint Leaf

Blend all the ingredients together in a large pitcher, add in Propel’s Packets with Calcium and let them dissolve. Serves about 4 people, or just keep this in the fridge to enjoy when the mood hits you!

    Cheesecake Propel Recipe

    Filling:
    40 ounces cream cheese (5, 8-ounce packages)
    5 large eggs
    2 packages Propel – Berry
    1/2 cup whipping cream
    Nonstick Cooking Spray

    Crust:
    3/4 cup ground almonds
    2 tablespoons butter, melted
    2 teaspoons Splenda

    Directions:
Spray springform pan with nonstick cooking spray. Mix together crust ingredients and flatten into the bottom of the pan.
Soften cream cheese by cutting into chunks, putting it into a large bowl and microwaving the whole batch for five minutes at 50-percent power (might be a little less time on high powered microwaves). Beat softened cream cheese with electric mixer till all is smooth and creamy.
Beat in eggs one at a time. Add Propel and whipping cream and beat till smooth and mixed in well. . Pour into prepared pan.
Bake at 350-degrees for 55-60 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool to room temperature on wire cooling rack before storing in the fridge (this helps prevent cracking).

  16. Aunt Minis Honey Lemonade Recipe: 1/2 gallon warm water, 1/2 cup honey, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice. Just mix it all with your hands (their warmth will disolve the honey and sugar) and pour mixture into a gallon container filled 3/4 with ice. I like to use wild honey from the local food coop…it has a unique spicey flavor.

  26. Propel Lip gloss

Use petroleum jelly (vaseline) and melt in a microwave safe glass container. Use as much as you desire, I recommend 1/2 cup. Melt in your microwave similar to melting chocolate.

Start with 30 seconds, stir, continue at 10-15 second intervals until completely melted. Do not let it boil.

Add your favorite flavor of Propel Powder Mix to flavor the lip gloss. You can add food coloring to color, as well as edible cake glitter to add a glistening touch, if you desire.

Place smaller amounts of mixture into air tight containers or lip gloss pots and allow to cool and become more firm.

Great for gift giving, party favors or a sleep over craft!!!
