Balancé Clarifying Cleanser combines your typical acne-fighting ingredients like Salicylic Acid with heavy-duty exfoliators like Glycolic Acid and with a much milder, moisturizing, and calming ingredient: Lactic Acid for a triple-strength cleanser. Since it’s a paraben and sulfate-free product, Balancé left my skin feeling clean without feeling stripped of its natural moisture. Plus, the clarifying cleanser is packed with ingredients from natural sources (must be why it has such a nice, light scent), like shea butter, sandalwood, tangerine oil, grapefruit oil, and cranberry extract. Make sure to follow the directions and remove your eye makeup first with an alternative cleanser, because I definitely got the product a bit too close and it irritated my eyes.
