This bad boy does everything I can with with a knife in a fraction of the time it takes me. It slices perfectly and minces like a pro. The handles are soft and ergonomically designed, making it easy to dice tons of garlic for sauces and such. Then you just pop it in the dishwasher and voila! Done and done!
