]]> A few years ago, after experimenting with tanning solutions that promised – and failed to deliver – a flawless, natural looking tan in the comfort of my home, I decided to head on over to a tanning facility to try their spray tanning. All the magazines were raving about it, and I had a wedding to attend and a strapless dress to wear. My experience was not far from Ross’:

At the end of my tanning, I looked way too dark and the tricky areas (elbows, knees, wrists) were crudely done. How could it not? ONE standard pump for my entire body? I think even cars get a more customized job… I have given up on the tanning facility and on spray tanning. Airbrush tanning, however, is a different story! Luminess Tan ($149) works very much like the expensive machines at tanning facilities with one major difference – YOU can control the application, which provides the most flawless results. Also, unlike spray tanning, airbrushing is much softer and subtle, creating results that are very natural and easy to build on.

Each application lasts up to 14 days, so keeping it up is also easy and affordable. The system comes equipped with everything you need to get you started: the airbrush system and stylus, getting started DVD and guide, black carrying case, cleaning bottle and two bottles of airbrush tanning solution (with two intake caps).
